1/31/2024 0 Comments List of edh dredge cards![]() Skullclamp + utility creatures especially with dredgers will also turbo through your deck. Greater good, altar of dementia, and survival of the fittest/ fauna shaman are also excellent setup cards, Along with etb mill creatures like satyr way finder and such. Hermit Druid is possibly too competetive for a casual group though. For more speed, play hermit Druid as well. Unless you want to shell out hundreds for bazaar of Baghdad, dredging is fairly slow. I also like coffin queen and sheoldred, but they’re less necessary. The best spells are reanimate, animate dead, exhume, dread return, necromancy, victimize and living death. So what you’ll need is a reanimating package. Dredge in commander is very different from dredge in other formats, because you can’t play 4 narcomoeba and 4 bloodghast/other self reanimating creatures. Just some examples this is not the definitive list.just a list of what I am playing around with.įirst off, the dredgers. Make sure to run some interaction like ] and ] as those cards have saved my ass plenty of times. Basically, anything I want to do I want attached to a creature so I can keep bouncing it around and dredging it. I am going to use creatures like ] ] and ] for mana ramp. ![]() Then there are the value creatures that pop stuff straight back on the field like ] or ]. One mechanic that I am also putting in mine is stuff with flashback like ]. There is like 8 or so in total and they are all gonna cost you like 12 dollars total. ![]() I would atleast get all the dredge creatures in there. there are a lot more in my deck but you get the idea. I run very many creatures and my "fatties" are cards that care about creatures in the graveyard like ], ], ], ]. I currently run my Jarad deck trying to get as many cards into my graveyard as possible and then sac a big fatty to jarad for big damage. these paired with Jarad can usually kill the table. and if you want to be semi casual, you might not want to run them either.Ī couple of good combo-ish pieces that i do run though are ] and hatred]]. I used to run these as well but found it boring winning this way so I took the combos out. Most people run combos with Jarad with cards like ] and ] + ] I have a Jarad deck that does have a FEW dredge cards but its not a noticeable theme of the deck. ![]() That being said, idk if dredge is the way you want to take Jarad. ![]() I would not run ], too often its going to get exiled from your graveyard because of an opponents creature dying. ![]()
